How does TableGhost work?
Our premium service continuously monitors reservation availability at exclusive restaurants. We secure tables and offer them to our members at curated prime times for parties of 2 or 4 guests only.
What happens after I purchase a reservation?
You'll receive an email confirmation with your reservation details and QR code. Simply arrive at the restaurant 15 minutes before your reservation time, show the confirmation, and enjoy your meal.
Can I get a refund?
No cash refunds are provided. All sales are final. However, if you need to cancel, we offer wallet credits that can be used for future purchases on TableGhost. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation.
How long do I have to complete my purchase?
Once you select a reservation, you have exactly 5 minutes to complete your payment. After this timeout, the reservation will be released back to our inventory for other customers.
Are these reservations legitimate?
Absolutely. We work with reservation platforms and directly with restaurants when possible. Every reservation is transferred to your name and contact information before your dining date.
Which cities and restaurants do you cover?
We currently operate in NYC, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and Dubai. Featured restaurants include Carbone, n/naka, Alinea, 4 Charles Prime Rib, and many other exclusive establishments.
Can I modify my reservation details?
Reservation modifications depend on the restaurant's policy. Contact our support team immediately after purchase if you need to change party size, time, or date. Some changes may incur additional fees.
What if the restaurant doesn't honor my reservation?
This is extremely rare, but if it happens, we provide immediate wallet credits equal to 150% of your purchase price, plus we'll work to secure you an alternative reservation at a comparable restaurant.
Do you offer group bookings?
TableGhost specializes in intimate dining experiences for parties of 2 or 4 guests only. For the best service and availability, we limit reservations to these optimal party sizes. This ensures prime table selection and exclusive access.
Is there a membership program?
TableGhost Elite members get priority access to new drops, exclusive reservations, and reduced service fees. Elite membership is by invitation only and costs $99/month.
